Deposits
Your deposit secures a specific size (quarter, half, or whole) and matches you to one of our steers in the weeks before harvest. Until pricing is finalized, you can change your mind.
Refund window
Deposits are fully refundable until 30 days before harvest. After that, deposits become non-refundable because we've already allocated processing and pickup capacity to your reservation.
Need to cancel? Email us at hello@diamondicattlecompany.com with your reservation details. Refunds process to the original card within 5–10 business days.
Final price refusal
When we lock the final price ~30 days before harvest, you'll receive the total. If for any reason you decline at that point, you may cancel, but the deposit is non-refundable (see above).
Quality issues
If your beef arrives with a material quality issue, contact us within 7 days of pickup and we will refund, replace, or credit at our discretion.
