Terms of Service

By reserving beef from Diamond I Cattle Company, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

A deposit holds your spot. Final price is set ~30 days before harvest based on the steer's hanging weight and current Texas beef-market rates. You'll see the final total before pickup and can decline at that point (see Refunds).

Pickup

Beef is processed locally and must be picked up at the designated location and window we provide. Storage of unclaimed beef beyond two weeks may incur a fee or forfeiture at our discretion.

Quality

We stand behind our beef. If you receive product that is materially defective, contact us within 7 days of pickup and we'll make it right.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
