• What you send us: your name and email, and optionally your phone number, whether you're after a whole or a half, and any note you add to the form.
• Email delivery: our email provider (Resend) handles the confirmation we send you and the notice we send ourselves.
• Site usage: standard server logs (IP, browser, referrer) and privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you across sites).

We do not take payment on this site, so we never collect or store card or bank details.

How we use it

• To get back to you about buying beef: current availability, pricing, and local North Texas pickup.
• To send the occasional update about the herd and the next harvest. You can opt out anytime.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the site: Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us as long as needed to follow up with you and to meet any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information we're not required to keep.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information or its deletion at any time by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from updates using the link in any message.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
